ARMY of Lipa (AOL) is a Philippine fanbase for South Korean Group “BTS” and a Group Order account based in the province of Batangas. It was established in June 05, 2019 and is currently handled by three admins.It all started when we held our first event on June 8, 2019 to celebrate BTS’ 6th Anniversary and we didn’t expect to receive a lot of support and love from ARMYs. Since then, our team got inspired to start bringing BTS ARMY related events in our province.In two years, we managed to host several cafe events. We also had a chance to collaborate with some of the local fan bases here in the Philippines and fan sites internationally. It’s really fulfilling to organize small events like these where you can meet your co-ARMYs, make friends, hear their stories, talk about anything, hype up BTS together, and most importantly, make memories that each and everyone can treasure for a very long time.We’ve also done a few charity works and fundraising activities for a good cause. We hope through this, we were able and can continue to spread BTS’ message of positivity, hope, self-love and show how our idols made an impact on us. Some may argue it’s just music but the influence it has in our lives is priceless. It's really different with BTS because you will really want to give back in any way possible to them.With BTS and ARMY, together, we can make a difference.Teamwork makes the dream work.

- Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once you receive a confirmation email.
- If you wish to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee of P300, but we need a VALID reason.
- Make sure to put your complete address and full name to avoid loss or delay of items during shipping.

- All items are pre-order, secured and are in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
- We can provide photos of items once arrived at our Korean address and at once the items are onhand☑PAYMENT

- Late payers will have to pay a penalty fee of P50.00 PER DAY from the payment deadline.
- In case of an emergency where in you can't pay on time, please inform us beforehand. Don't bail on us.

- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We will only issue a refund if the product is out of stock.
- Complaints about damages in the items will only be entertained if there is an UNBOXING VIDEO. The video will only be accepted if the item/s is/are still inside the parcel package at the beginning of the video and if it can clearly be seen that the parcel packaging has not been tampered.☑SHIPPING AND PACKING OF ITEMS
- We will be using SEA CARGO for Normal ETA.
- Normal ETA - it may take a while. 5-6 week after if no delays after shipment from Korea to PH. Please please be PATIENT.
- Items will not be shipped if buyer has a remaining balance.
- We will NOT be liable for any damage or loss caused by international and local couriers.
- We are also NOT liable for any manufacturing errors/defects of the sealed item(s).
